Consulting rooms in Cardiff & Usk
I am a fully qualified and experienced Psychotherapist and Supervisor with over 20 years experience.
I run a South Wales-based private practice where I work with individuals and couples, offering a confidential setting with regular appointments which help to create an atmosphere of trust in which self awareness, healing and change can occur.
I worked for a number of voluntary counselling services including a sexual diversity counselling service in London before beginning my private practice in 1996. I have undertaken further study in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy and am experienced in helping people with a wide range of issues, seeing clients from between 1 and 3 times a week.
Psychotherapy or counselling can help you with various difficulties in your life including working through deep seated negative patterns of relationships, emotional and sexual difficulties.
Therapy can result in you experiencing more fulfilment in work, family and other relationships.
I am a BACP Senior Accredited Supervisor and offer clinical supervision to Counsellors, Psychotherapists and other health care professionals.
I was the Programme Leader for the MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy and BSc in Humanistic Counselling at the Metanoia Institute.
